Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) – only with marketing consent. Page views, cards viewed, cart additions, searches, checkout starts and cookie identifiers (_fbp/_fbc) are shared with Meta. For paid purchases we also share the order number, product IDs, quantities, prices and currency, hashed email, phone, name and address details, and IP address and browser details when available. This is used for ad measurement and optimization. Hashing is not anonymization. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Meta may transfer data outside the EU/EEA based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

TikTok Technology Limited (TikTok Pixel and Events API) – only with marketing consent. Page views, cards viewed, cart events and paid purchases include product IDs, quantities, prices and currency. Purchases and ad matching also share ttclid, the TikTok _ttp cookie, hashed email and phone, and IP address and browser details when available. Hashing is not anonymization. Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie settings. TikTok may transfer data outside the EU/EEA based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Snap Inc. (Snap Pixel) – only if you've chosen "Accept all". In that case, page views, cards viewed, items added to cart, searches and started checkout (product ID, price and currency) are shared with Snap for marketing and ad measurement. Snap may transfer data outside the EU/EEA based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google Ireland Ltd – Google Analytics (GA4) is used with "Statistics only" or "Accept all". Google Ads is used only with "Accept all". Pages visited, products viewed, searches and cart events are shared with the service you consented to. We never send names or emails to Google. Read more: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Microsoft Advertising (Bing) – only with marketing consent. The UET tag shares page views, cart additions and checkout starts with value and currency (SEK) for ad measurement and marketing. Microsoft may use cookies (_uetvid and _uetsid). The tag is not loaded before consent. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Shopify Analytics is used only with statistics consent for page views, cart events, traffic sources and linking sessions to purchases. Shopify manages session identifiers and consent through its Customer Privacy API. Without statistics consent, this site sends no analytics events to Shopify.

Klaviyo, Inc. (USA) – used for newsletters and email communications. When you subscribe, your email address is shared with Klaviyo, which sends the confirmation email and the newsletters. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. With marketing consent ("Accept all"), Klaviyo's script is also loaded to record viewed products and items added to the cart; Klaviyo's cookie __kla_id is only set after consent. If you withdraw consent, Klaviyo is switched off and __kla_id is removed.

We never sell your data. We don't send newsletters without your consent.

Order and bookkeeping data is kept for 7 years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.

Support conversations are deleted once the case is closed and the closed case doesn't require longer retention.

When you request a stock notification for an accessory or energy bundle, we store your email address and the product you are watching until the stock notification is sent. The data is deleted 30 days after the message. We use it only for your requested stock notification, not for marketing.

You have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing.

You can contact hej@chasedex.se at any time to exercise your rights. If you're dissatisfied, you can turn to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

The site uses necessary storage in your browser (such as cart and favorites) to function.

"Statistics only" loads Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify Analytics for visitor statistics. "Accept all" also allows Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Klaviyo for marketing. Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc may be set on chasedex.se and shop.chasedex.se for up to 90 days. Klaviyo's cookie __kla_id is only set after consent. The legal basis is consent.

"Essential only" loads no statistics or marketing. Your choice and timestamp are stored in your browser. You can change or withdraw consent via "Cookie settings" in the footer. When consent is narrowed, the page reloads to remove previously loaded tracking scripts.
